Transforming education since 1952 with a commitment to excellence
Anjuman-E-Islam Dharwad, is a minority institution registered as a public trust on 25th September 1952. It started with a mission to educate minorities in the city. The first step towards revolution in minority education was taken with the initiation of Anjuman High School which came into existence in the year 1953.
The success of Anjuman High School motivated the management to start the junior college by the name Anjuman Independent Pre-University College. In the year 1986, with the zeal to provide education at all levels, it started two new institutions, Anjuman Urdu Primary School and Anjuman Arts Science and Commerce College.
Because of the need for professional education to the society, the management added another feather to its cap by introducing Bachelor of Business Administration course, affiliated to Karnataka University under the name Anjuman BBA College in the year 1996. This step revolutionized professional education in the city.
The success of first batch inspired the management to provide IT education through the introduction of Bachelor of Computer Application course in the year 2000 under the new name Anjuman Institute of Information Science and Management.
The two courses offered at Anjuman Institute of Information Science and Management are affiliated to Karnatak University, Dharwad and recognized by Government of Karnataka. Since its inception, the institute has been providing par education excellence in the field of Business Administration and Computer Application with the help of quality teaching and world class infrastructure.

Established Anjuman High School - the first Urdu High School in the region.
Started Anjuman Independent Pre-University College, Anjuman Urdu Primary School, and Anjuman Arts Science and Commerce College.
Introduced Bachelor of Business Administration course under the name Anjuman BBA College.
Launched Bachelor of Computer Application course under the new name Anjuman Institute of Information Science and Management.
